Today's Konad was a bit harder than yesterday's and I'm not sure why. I think the white polish I used as a base caused some problems, but I'm not sure why. It was Sally Hansen Xtreme Wear in White On. As you can see, I was a little messy. Not bad for my second day doing it, ever. I swear next time I'll move on from the animal prints.. :)
Nice job, I love it!
ReplyDeleteIt looks just like zebra. :)
ReplyDeleteGorgeous. Is that the Konad Special Polish in black?
ReplyDeleteNice,
Susie
I think it looks good! BTW, went to Ulta for the first time this weekend. It was overwhelming at first, but I think I can navigate the place now. Pat was incredibly patient, and wandered the store with me, pointing things out. :-)
ReplyDelete@Susie Thanks! And yes, it is the special polish.
ReplyDelete@T - Oooh. Ulta is where JJ draws the line. He's usually patient and humors me well, and I've gotten him in Sally's with me before, but I think Ulta is just a bit too much for him. He'll usually find a nearby store and walk around in there til I'm done. Did you find any good deals? :)
Ulta professional polish in Black Diamond for $4! Essie Mint Candy Apple for $3.99! And three shiny chrome looking eyeshadows in the clearance bin for $2 each.
ReplyDeleteI don't think I can get Pat to do very often. Luckily, there are bookstores and whatnot around there, so I can send him off if necessary.
I did find out our taste in perfume is very different. He likes "clean and fresh", while I don't mind being smacked in the nose with something heavy. Oddly, he likes my choices when I'm actually wearing them. Go figure.
@T - I think I got one of those shiny shadows! Is it a creme that comes in a tube? If so, I picked up the silver one. I freaking love Ulta, but it's probably just as well that there isn't one here.
