Holy whoa

I somehow made it to 200 followers! Wow!

I should do a giveaway when I hit 250 or 300... Hrmmm...

Is it inappropriate to give away used nail polish? As in, previously worn, maybe only swatched, but not empty bottles?

The winner of my last giveaway was international, and shipping was horrifically expensive, so I think I may limit this one to US only. Sorry.

  1. I don't think it's wrong to give away bottles that are swatched because it's basically new. :\ I wouldn't mind receiving swatched ones. I think it's easier to do that for those who don't have much money to spend to giveaway brand new ones that people paid out of their pockets. I spent a lot gathering for mine & I barely get any money or hours from work. That's just my opinion though.

Oh and maybe 300 followers for the giveaway :)

  2. Congratulations! I don't think it's at all inappropriate to give away used nail polish. I would totally do it, anyway. :)

  3. I don't think it is bad. If you note it in the post and everyone knows up front. You are sure to get folks to enter. :)

  4. Congrats on so many followers! :D

I agree with Kimberly. As long as you're up front about the polishes being swatched, I don't think there's anything wrong with it. If people don't want swatched polishes, they shouldn't enter. But I really don't think many readers would mind.

We're all polish addicts, after all. If I saw a sparkly polish half submerged in a murky puddle, I'd probably at LEAST fish it out to make sure it was alright. >_> andthenprobablytakeithomewithme lol

  5. As long as you say it I don't think anyone should mind... most polishes at the stores have probably been swatched anyway.

  6. I don't see any problem with a polish being used a time or two, or swatched. Conga Rats on 200!
